After sailing past beautiful rocks and crystal clear water for a few days, we were itching to go and explore them. We donned our trainers, not the usual footwear to team up with our bikinis, but any opportunity for more tanning!
Our lovely skipper Diago dropped us off on dry land and we set off on our adventure to find the town of Formentera. With our trainers on, we were hopping from rock to rock like bunnies, being careful to dodge the washed up jelly fish! (There was actually a road nearby, but what fun is that when this was the other option!)

Fun Fact: You burn 50% more calories when you walk on sand than you would when you walk on paved ground. This makes me want to spend even more time on the beach…
Ibiza is well known for its parties and nightlife, but I’m quickly finding out that there is definitely a more peaceful and wholesome side to this island.
By the time we had walked to the town, we were ready for a drink. We stumbled upon ‘Geckolateria Formentera‘, the yummiest looking ice-cream parlour, which we just couldn’t resist! I even overheard a lady telling her friend, “this is where we always go, they have the best ice-cream” so I was sold. It doesn’t take much persuasion does it?

Ooops… Caught in the act! I told you Dipa leads a life of healthy balance!
