Commission a bespoke map illustration of your location of choice. This will be made into a pin board map for you. A perfectly unique gift and interactive piece of artwork you can treasure forever.

Commission Options:

Choose a County, State or Country to be drawn for you. You can select one or several, either counties, states or countries, or a mixture.

Sizes:

We can present your chosen location in 4 different sizes: Small (A3), Medium (A2), Large (A1) and Extra Large (A0).

What will be included in your map design:

As standard, we will define all the different regions of your chosen location. If there are any key places you would like included that are important to you these can be added as well. Once you have secured your commission slot you will be emailed a booking form where you will have the opportunity to list any key places you would like included in your design.

Deposit:

We charge a £50 deposit per piece to secure your commission slot. This will be subtracted from your final invoice. The final payment is made once both parties are happy with the final artwork and before your design is printed and framed.

After you have paid your deposit:

Once your deposit payment has been made you will receive a booking form, via email, with further information. You are required to fill in and return this information within 2 weeks of paying the deposit. Failure to do so may result in your commission slot being lost. We will confirm receipt of your completed booking form by email.

T&C’s:

Please return your booking form within 2 weeks of paying the deposit. If this is not returned Louisa Elizabeth reserves the right to release this slot.

Commission deposits are non-refundable.

By commissioning a map illustration, you understand that the work will be completed in the Louisa Elizabeth style. Maps are not an exact geographical copy but an artistic interpretation of your chosen location(s).

Louisa Elizabeth will retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. After the artwork is finished and both parties are happy with the final design we do list the commissioned map for general sale on our website. If personal details are added to the design to mark specific locations, these will be edited or removed before listing the design on sale for others to purchase.

Please note that we are unable to post our XL (A0) sizes overseas and can only ship up to our Large (A1) size outside of the UK. All sizes are available for delivery within the UK.

Standard UK delivery is included. There will be additional charges for overseas delivery. 

Pin board maps will be made upon the final invoice being paid.
