Our pin board maps are made to order using the exact wording you provide. You will be given the option to request a digital proof at the time of order. We will not begin production until you confirm you are happy with your proof. Once approved, your order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email and check your spam folder if you haven’t received your proof. If you opt out of receiving a proof, your personalisation is final. We are not responsible for any spelling or content errors once printing has begun.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

If your item is damaged or faulty, please email hello@louisaelizabeth.com within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate. Please retain original packaging, as we may ask you to return the item.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted on non-personalised items, which must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

You may cancel standard (non-personalised) items before they are shipped. After dispatch, the return is your responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once submitted.

7. Gift Vouchers & Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers, combined with other promotions, or exchanged for cash. All vouchers and promotions apply to orders placed on www.louisaelizabeth.com only.
