When you place an order with us online we will send you a confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, we will email you and offer you a full refund or you will have the option to wait until the item is back in stock.
To place an order on our website, select the product you wish to buy and add this to your basket. If you would prefer to make an order via email or over the phone you may do so by calling 07508023773 or emailing email@example.com then pay by sending a cheque in the post. The items will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.
You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time you place your order. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of purchase, or soon after. We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. All payments are directed securely through PayPal.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays if the items have been packaged.

Promotional codes will not be accepted in conjunction with any other promotions.
Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any product. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
FREE standard delivery to all UK addresses.
Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery from point of purchase.
Personalised goods will usually be dispatched within 15 working days. All our deliveries are sent via courier.
We will deliver the goods to the location you specify during your order.
We do not accept responsibility for damage and or loss if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
Please try and dispose of packaging responsibly and recycle and reuse where possible.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly within 7 days of receipt.
On occasion for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. We will try to put things right as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
FREE delivery is available on standard UK orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can have a refund on your order (excluding personalised products) at any time up to 7 days after delivery. To do this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation in a good condition, complete with original packaging to us. This will be at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect them against damage.
We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
In the event that you receive a damaged product you have 7 days from the delivery date to report the damage.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged within a suitable time frame. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been returned and checked.
The cost of returning faulty items is your responsibility, however, on inspection we will refund reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty.
